USDCurve is a non-custodial protocol. When you interact with the website or waitlist, we may process the following data:

• Your public wallet address when you connect a wallet.
• Your email address if you join the whitelist (Gmail only).
• Your X (Twitter) username if you submit a social task.
• Referral codes you enter or that appear in the URL.
• Standard technical logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider to prevent abuse.

We never ask for, and cannot access, your seed phrase or private keys.

To operate the protocol and the waitlist we use this data to:

• Track Curve Points and rank on the waitlist.
• Attribute referrals fairly and prevent duplicates.
• Verify social tasks (e.g. checking your public X post).
• Monitor for abuse, spam, and fraud.

Any transaction you submit on Arc is public by design. USDCurve does not control the visibility of on-chain data, and any wallet address you use is traceable through public block explorers.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers strictly required to operate the site (hosting, database, analytics) and only to the extent needed. We may disclose data if required by law.

Waitlist entries are kept until mainnet rewards are distributed. After that, personal identifiers (email, X handle) may be pruned; wallet addresses and points may remain in aggregate form for historical fairness.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us via X at @UsdCurve to submit a request.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party ad-tracking cookies.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. Do not use the Service if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
