Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By connecting a wallet to, or otherwise interacting with, the USDCurve website, smart contracts, or any related interface (collectively, the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the protocol

USDCurve is a permissionless, USDC-native bonding-curve launchpad intended to run on Arc, Circle's stablecoin Layer-1 network. The protocol is non-custodial: USDCurve never holds your private keys, USDC, or launched tokens. All trades and token creations execute on public smart contracts.

3. No investment advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched through USDCurve are highly speculative, typically have no intrinsic value, and may go to zero. You are solely responsible for evaluating any token before you buy, sell, or hold it.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law, including any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

5. Wallet and security

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and any signatures you produce. Signing an ownership attestation on USDCurve proves control of your wallet at that moment in time; it does not transfer any rights to USDCurve.

6. User-created tokens

Any token created through USDCurve is created by its deployer, not by USDCurve. USDCurve does not endorse, verify, or vouch for any token, its metadata, links, or creators. Fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content may be hidden from the interface at our discretion.

7. Fees

Trading, launching, and migration may involve protocol fees and Arc network gas. Fee parameters may change; the interface always displays current fees before you sign.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided as is and as available, without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any bug will be fixed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USDCurve, its contributors, and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, data, or opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the interface. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
